Before anything else, we sit down and actually get to know the participant – what matters to them, how they like to do things, what they’re working towards. Support plans get built around that, not the other way around. It’s why our participants feel genuinely heard, and why they’re supported to grow, get out into their community, and do more of what they love.

Our team knows what they’re doing
We’re not just support workers with good intentions. Our team includes Registered Nurses, qualified community services professionals and experienced disability support workers, so participants get care that’s genuinely skilled and safe, not just well-meaning.

Honest and transparent communication
If something’s not working, we’ll say so. If a participant’s needs change, we’ll talk it through openly with them, their family, and their Support Coordinator.

We offer SIL and SDA accommodation designed to suit different disabilities and needs, giving you a safe, comfortable place to live with round-the-clock support so you can build routines, develop skills, and live life your way, with our team there whenever you need us.

Support that comes to you, when you need it. Whether participants are living in one of our accommodations without 24/7 support, or in their own home, our team visits to help with daily tasks, personal care or assistance with community access. This gives you the flexibility to live independently while still getting the support you require.

ICWA-Approved Catastrophic Injury Support

Affinity Care WA is a registered and approved provider with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA) to deliver Catastrophic Injury Support (CIS).

Our experienced team provides tailored support based on each person’s needs, goals and circumstances. We work collaboratively with individuals, families and their broader support network to promote safety, dignity, choice and independence.
